The Stuart Hannah Sales Consultancy  was started to provide sales support to small business in the UK.  When a new small business is formed, the selling role is typically performed by the business owner,  with many small business starting their trading though referrals and personal contacts.  Once a business is established it is frequently the case that growth can plateau as all the owners contacts are now trading with the company and growth is entirely dependant on the clients success or the owner is now too busy running the business to find time to actively sell.

When this point is reached it is clear that 'proactive' selling is needed to grow the business further, however the cost of a full time sales representative is often prohibitive for a small business, as to attract a good calibre of person a good basic salary has to be offered along with other expensive benefits, for example a company car, pension, laptop and mobile phone are typical these days.

This is where I can help by offering a 'commission only' sales service.  The consultancy provides additional sales activity for small business and whilst you will not have a full time 'sales representative' working for you, you will benefit from additional targeted sales activity, sales enquiry response and should you want to target key potential markets, the consultancy can work with you to plan what activity can be achieved.
